The Deposit Flow

When you deposit in Berafarm vault, deployment is atomic. Your capital is routed into live strategies within the same transaction. There is no idle waiting period and no batch queue, you start earning from the same block. A single deposit executes the following, in one trasaction:
  1. Fee extraction: If there are any deposit fee then the % is transferred to the protocol fee address.
  2. Strategy Routing: The remaining capital is split across the vault’s current strategy allocation. For the HONEY vault, a live deposit routes across:
    • Lending : supplied to Dolomite money markets
    • Concentrated liquidity : paired into Kodiak Island positions (HONEY/USDe, HONEY/USDC.e, HONEY/WBTC, HONEY/WETH), with the vault swapping the required portion of your deposit into the pair asset
    • Yield vaults : deposited into whitelisted external vaults (e.g. Re7 HONEY)
    • Staking : LP positions staked into reward farms to capture PoL emissions
  3. Share Minting: you receive the share token of the tranche you selected: [BF-HONEY-SR] for the Stable Yield Farm or [BF-HONEY-JR] for the Alpha Yield Farm, minted at that tranche’s current share price.
The allocation percentages across these sleeves are not fixed, they are what the weekly strategy rotation adjusts. Current allocations are always published in the dapp.

The Withdrawal Flow

Withdrawal are instant and atomic, no epochs, no cooldowns, no exit queue. When you withdraw:
  • Your BF-tokens are burned at the current share price.
  • The vault unwinds strategy positions proportionally in the same transaction: LP positions are burned, pair assets are swapped back to the underlying, lending and external vault positions are redeemed.
  • A withdrawal fee if any is transferred to the protocol fee address.
  • The underlying asset is transferred to your wallet.
